This policy explains how DineWatch handles Premium subscription cancellations, first-purchase refunds, renewals, and billing support as paid plans roll out.
Premium payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Dodo acts as merchant of record for your transaction, which means Dodo will appear on your card statement, receipts, invoices, tax records, and dispute records related to your purchase. Your purchase is also subject to the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid access is expected to remain active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
To avoid the next renewal, cancel before your upcoming billing date. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not usually reverse a billing period that has already started.
Our launch policy is a 7-day refund window for first-time purchases. If you believe you qualify, contact support@dinewatch.app with the email address used for your account and a short explanation of the request.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. We may ask for additional information to verify eligibility before a refund is issued.
Renewal charges are generally not refunded once processed except where required by law or where we decide to make an exception.
The amount charged at renewal may include applicable taxes, currency conversion, or other checkout details shown at the time of purchase or renewal.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@dinewatch.app before starting a chargeback when possible. Dodo Payments manages payment disputes, chargebacks, and related compliance workflows for Premium transactions. If your dispute relates directly to a Dodo-processed charge, you may also contact Dodo Payments through dodopayments.com.
